Returning a product
We hope we exceed your expectations regarding our gloves! However, if you wish to return the product please note.

• If the gloves had the protection plastic removed and were already used they will not be accepted.
• Costumers will have a 14 day period upon product arrival to return it.
• For exchanges, please email us at juliano@onegktraining.com
• For exchanges gloves must not be used or without the protection plastic.
• The returns must be paid by the customer.
• Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable
• Full refund and and exchanges will only be made once all requirements listed above are met.
• ONEGK GLOVES is not responsible for normal wear and tear on items. Normal wear and tear items will not be refunded.
